I’m a psychotherapist committed to helping adult individuals and couples learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and with others. My work focuses on helping you change ineffective behaviors, habits, and/or beliefs to healthy life changing behaviors. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
I’m passionate about good mental health and its benefits. I use many different modes for change, but my favorite is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This basically means if I can change the way I see something, it will then change the way I react to something.
